Mango Bravo an all-time favorite of mine in summer. Chiffon cake layered with mango puree, cashew nuts and cream topped with ground roasted cashew nuts topped with mango puree (the mango puree topping should've been diced mangoes but can't find suitable mangoes anywhere :( )
