Here’s a story that highlights why we are the charity of choice for Fortune Creek:

"I heard a story once that described the difference between Heaven and Hell:

In Hell there was a huge table, on it was every food imaginable, and you were allowed to eat whatever you wanted, they only rule was you could not eat with your hands. People around Hells table were sad and hungry because the utensils they were forced to use we so large they could not hold it in their hands and feed themselves. So they starved.

In Heaven they had the same huge table, with the same food, and the same large utensils. Similarly, you were allowed to eat whatever you wanted, provided you did not eat with your hands. But unlike Hell, they were laughing and smiling with full bellies of amazing food. How? Because rather than feed themselves, they fed each other. That’s why the utensils were so large to begin with and because they took care of each other’s needs, they flourished.

The reason why we chose KGM is we believe community challenges require community solutions. The KGM is one the best initiatives to help support our growing and changing community’s needs. "
