I think about Char and her cane and pink diaper and walker and how absolutely proud and beautiful she felt all the time.

This is the 2nd bo***ir photoshoot I ever did with a client and it’s still one of my all time favourites because she is unbelievable and that radiates into our world, she could blind us all with her beauty and light.

yknow what makes me feel amazing? You.
Sometimes I get messages from other photographers, from magazines, etc. complimenting my work.

And that’s completely amazing and surreal and 100% makes impostor syndrome kick into high gear.

But when my clients scream into the phone from excitement, or send me messages gushing about how badly they needed to feel this good about themselves? Whether it’s “I love my butt for the first time ever” or “I wanted to look like a water nymph and you made it happen” That’s it. That’s the bread and butter.

Nothing is more fulfilling than that, and nobody else’s opinion matters more ❤️

When I fell in love with a 20 year old boy I never thought I’d be so lucky as to end up with a 28 year old man who loves me as hard as you do. You still make my heart swell, and butterflies swoon. Thank you for saving a side of yourself for my eyes only, because it makes it effortless to choose you everyday for all my days.

Don’t worry guys, he still leaves hair everywhere, sleeps with his eyes half open, and drives me banana-pancakes.

I’ve got that creative bug lately!

As a creator, it can be really difficult when you feel like you *have* to do something. One of my favourite ways to re-center is by doing a self portrait session.

I happened to have some red tulle and a dollar store flower and these are the results.
