Pork Belly Taco features a Cónico Azul tortilla, nixtamalized in house and pressed with duck fat. Crab fat caramel, salsa macha + guajillo aioli.
Black Cod Taco is lightly battered with our x Humo Rice Lager, 50/50 charcoal tortilla, ají amarillo aioli + pickled fresnos.

New Season. Same Philosophy.
We take the nose to tail philosophy very seriously even when it comes to produce.
For spring we are highlighting the beloved SANDÍA.
We compress watermelon for a beautiful small plate accompanied by Macedonian Feta + Pistachio Dukkah.
We use the remaining juice for our cocktail program.
To go a step further we use the whites of the rind to make a watermelon kimchi that is on our brand new Karaage Chicken (which FYI is INSANELY GOOD).
Then what very little remains, we compost.
