The ideal last-minute Valentine's Day treats are simple Valentine's marshmallow pops!

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Large Marshmallows
• Chocolate for coating
• Valentines Sprinkles
• Candy Pop Sticks

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
1. Each marshmallow should have a peppermint stick in the center to help it stand up on its own.
2. In a dish that can be used in the microwave, melt the chocolate for about 45 seconds. Gently stir the chocolate, then reheat it in the microwave for another 30 seconds or more. Again, stir.
3. Continue until all of the chocolate is smooth and toasty.
4. Each marshmallow should be covered on all sides after being dipped in chocolate and sprinkled. Placing on wax paper
5. Continue doing this until every marshmallow is covered in chocolate and sprinkles. For gift-giving, package each item separately in baggies or keep it in an airtight container.

To extend the life of marshmallows, many chefs will freeze them. Unopened bags can be frozen, although the cubes could cling together. Dust the marshmallows with powdered sugar and store them in an airtight container to avoid sticking. Marshmallows that have been frozen melt back to their fluffy state.
