With August long weekend coming up soon (already!?!?) we’re running a shorter week (no Friday or Saturday classes), so make sure you book in ahead so you can dance with us this upcoming week 🤗

Tempest‘s Tricks & Transitions

Weave together fun tricks that “wow" with transitions that tie it all together. This all level heels recommended workshop WITH Intermediate & Advanced options seeks more complete movement mastery and performance prowess.

A nerdy academic in the psychology field by day, Tempest is currently researching the mental health benefits of exotic dance.

I can’t believe it’s already been 2 years, how the heck did that happen!?!?! New instructor alert!!! New to us, not new to teaching 😉 Please welcome Glenny! She’ll be helping us out over the summer and into the fall! She’ll be teaching on Tuesdays and Saturdays! Glenny fell in love with Pole in 2011 at the age of 38. She went on to compete and win 2nd 2013, 1st 2014-2016 provicial masters championship, 2016 national masters championship, 2017 2nd place PSO championship and 2019 pole theater drama division . Although she enjoyed the competition journey, what ignites her is sharing her knowledge and building strong female relationships through encouragement and teaching others to be bad ass Ninjas! After thirteen years of training and teaching she is excited to be joining the Chrome Kittens team.

Our July schedule is up!!!! We have some of our old time slots back, however they are slightly adjusted! Glenny will be joining us on Tuesdays and Saturdays and we’ll introduce her tomorrow 😉 We hope you keep dancing with us through the summer, keep up those movement habits 🤗🤗🤗

This upcoming week’s schedule has a few small changes. Tuesday times are slightly different and class types have moved! Stretch is at 6:00 pm (second last class with Mallory until the fall 🥲) and Beginner Pole (with Jill!) is at 7:30. We also have a beginner time slot at 7:00 pm on Thursdays again 🤗 And in case you missed our story the other day we have a few more Cleo items on our Pole Wear shelf if you’re looking for some new hot pants!
