Graduation from a Transport Canada accredited “Approved Aircraft Maintenance M Program”
Valid Driver’s License.
Personal cell phone.
Ability to work in a high paced demanding workplace with a positive attitude.
Ability to work out of town on short notice (Some weekends).
Basic computer skills.
Mechanical aptitude, the ability to work safely and participation in Skyline Helicopters SMS.
Preference will be given to locals or those willing to relocate.

Skyline Helicopters Ltd., at Kelowna Int’l airport, BC is looking for a skilled individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in the Helicopter Maintenance department.

The position is Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Requires in office attendance and Full Vaccination attestation

You will report to the Director of Maintenance from a front desk location responsible for managing all telephone communications for the company. Additionally, providing support for the Maintenance department record keeping and data management. Interacting with the Accounting and Stores departments to provide Maintenance related support and data management. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

Salary commensurate with experience. Full Benefits available after 90 days. This position has opportunity for growth.
