Over 2023, a new challenge for me mentally and physically was the pursuit of rock climbing ! Starting this new year I have set myself a goal to keep working on my skill and capability bouldering, with the end goal of doing sport climbing and outdoor bouldering this summer!

Thank you so much for joining me here! I am so excited to be on this new journey, and to continue to grow and evolve my practice.

I grew up in Northern BC but have since been converted to a warmer weather gal, and now will be working out of Kelowna BC. I enjoy staying busy and staying active in life, there is no greater thing. It gives me real joy to be able to work with people to really regain their movement and freedom in whatever way that means for them.

I can’t wait to see where my journey takes me, and thank you for joining the ride.

Today marks a truly incredible day… I got the long awaited results of the CMTBC board exams I had written in September ! Today officially marks the start of my journey as an RMT 🙌🏻
