We are looking for an organized and professional Office Coordinator to perform administrative tasks. Tasks required can be unique to daily situations as they arise; and requires the candidate who fills this role to be adaptable and personable in unique situations while maintaining organization. Standard office tasks required such as filing, managing emails, preparing quotes and estimates, liaising with clients including homeowners, builders, and designers, scheduling projects and reviewing timelines as required, keeping constant communication lines open including phone calls, texts, and emails as required by the business. The Office Coordinator's responsibilities include working closely with coworkers to ensure that the office duties are completed and the front end of operations of the business are running smoothly. The Office Coordinator role can be fast-paced and change daily as to what is required that day of the business.

To be successful as an Office Coordinator you must be detail-oriented and manage your time efficiently. Have good memory and recall skills; and the ability to work under pressure.

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

File documentation relating to employees and projects

Scheduling templates and installation dates for confirmed contracts

Following up with scheduled projects as required

Receiving and sending emails as required

Assisting clients who are in the showroom with selections and services

Answer phone calls and provide requested information

Filling into other roles as support in their absence; ei - reception (when they are called out)

Office Coordinator Requirements:

A high school qualification or equivalent,
Proficiency in all computer applications,
Familiar with Cloud Software,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Presentable appearance,
Ability to manage time efficiently under pressure,
Ability to take direction and assist others with requests with a prompt and professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.00-$25.00 per hour. Partial training - to fully trained process. With progressive earning details provided after our interview processes.

No formal training is required for this position and we encourage all interested parties to apply.

We do have a three part interview process and will be requesting a soft-skills assessment.
