JOEANNA’S HOUSE
Partnering with the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation, Team Construction was very proud to work on the JoeAnna’s House.

Constructed at 321 Royal Avenue, one block away from the Kelowna General Hospital, the JoeAnna’s House project is a facility with 20 guest suites that allows families from outside the area to stay together when one of their members is in need of medical attention in Kelowna.

"We had Grant, Jason, and the Team Construction crew work on our new home to repair some exterior foundation cracks that were found in our new home. Grant was very responsive and was able to work with our schedule to get an estimate.

Upon receiving the estimate, Jason was able to quickly schedule our project and squeeze it in between some of their other large projects on the go. Their crew was on site and did an amazing job of digging and patching the foundation.

This three-storey office building, previously a parking lot, was constructed at Bertam St. & Leon Ave. An architectural concrete form with well-detailed materials and mass amounts of curtain wall glazing make this building an outstanding addition to Kelowna’s revitalized downtown core. The 12,000 sq. ft. building is occupied by a parkade on street level and office tenants above. This project was completed in Late 2013.

A renovated modern dwelling on the Kelowna Lakeshore. A Stunning reworking of a home originally designed by Canadian architect Arthur Erikson!
