I think we all know by now that social media is just the highlight reel.

I get it - it’s SO frustrating when your doc keeps telling you that everything looks good, and that you just need to try harder by

🏃Exercing more
💊Taking this or that med
🥬Or taking in easy on the carbs

I’ve been in the health industry for 17 years and one thing I can tell you now is that you simply cannot lose weight when you deplete the body through restrictions OR

By working out harder on your peloton or HIIT classes.

How do I know this? Because I’ve tried to that with NO SUCCESS for years.

With all my love, you don’t have a ‘broken metabolism’ or ‘nothing works for me’ problem

The great news is that you can fix this problem EASILY!

Here’s what you’re going to do to get your body into fat-burning mode.

1️⃣First and foremost,you want to ask yourself am I eating enough?

Can I get through my day (no cravings!) by having breakfast, lunch and dinner, maybe a snack?
