⚡️What does an Energy Exchange do? On shift, Energy Exchange team members support our front desk and studio operations, including class sign-in, bike setup, cleaning/sanitization, and amenity upkeep.

Spinco x lululemon run club

What is it?

We’ve got a new challenge for you!! SPINCO Kingston will be partnering with lululemon Princess St. run club on Saturday, November 9th at 9am!

Come and join us for a 50-minute spin class led by , followed by a 5km run led by and Sam! We will be meeting outside of SPINCO following the class where you can run/walk lululemon’s weekly 5km loop at your own pace!

All you have to do is register for a Spinco account at spinco.ca and book your bike when the schedule goes live @ 1pm on Monday, October 28th. We encourage all riders who sign up for the ride to participate in the run by either walking or running ⚡️

We hope to make this a fun community event! As always, newcomers are welcome and encouraged!

*Student Unlimited requires a 3-month minimum purchase. Once purchased, the student membership will remain in effect until cancelled.

Join your Kingston community for a day of play on October 05! We’ve partner up with .athletics, and to get sweaty for World Mental Health Day!

This event is a donation based event with all proceeds going to The Kingston Food Sharing Project , a registered Canadian non-profit charity in Kingston, whose mission is to provide food and equipment to all schools in our community.

The event will start with a 20 minute spin session at Spinco then a run, walk, cycle, rollerblade (or even drive) to Limestone Athletics followed by a short CrossFit workout. More details in the event page - tap the link in our bio!

INTRO TO SPIN is happening on August 17th at 1:30 PM and we still have some bikes available. This is your chance to come into our open space and learn what Spinco is all about! This class is FREE and will give an overview of our class structure and riding form to help get you started.

⚡️ 10 minutes at the start to go over fundamentals Standard 50-minute class designed to help you focus on form

⚡️ and will be there to help answer any questions!

Trying something new can be challenging, but take that first step and see why the Spinco community is so amazing.
