Offering Event/Festival Production, Arts Promotion, PR & Media Relations, and Marketing on a contrac
It's been an interesting time Folks. Sorry, it's been so bloody quiet on the socials front... I hope you're all doing okay out there.
With concerts, events, and festivals slowly trickling into my inbox I realize I've (somehow) managed to keep this wee business of mine afloat! So I guess we're doing okay. I've been working part-time through the pandemic with some incredible arts orgs and cultural institutions, and 2022 will see me expand back into full-time+ hours - which means *drum roll* I'll be looking to hire a PT social media coordinator! You'll have the chance to work on some really great festivals/events with me and I won't have to learn how to use TikTok *grin* - see? Win, win!
Throw a message in my DMs if you've got a resume/portfolio to share.
just gonna leave this here -- with this link and hope I see you :)

The City is seeking submissions from local musicians, groups, and organizations to have their music featured on the YGK Music 2021 playlists. YGK Music is an annual City of Kingston - Municipal Government program designed to promote local music and musicians through curated playlists to be made available online on the City website and Visit Kingston website, through the City’s call waiting system, and through various City-owned properties, where appropriate.
The YGK Music 2021 program features two playlists: Kingston Sounds that will feature 20 tracks by Kingston musicians and help residents and visitors alike discover the strength and diversity of Kingston’s music scene and Music on Hold, a program that brings local music to the City's phone system.
Submission deadline is Friday, March 19, 2021 at 5 p.m.
