Desafio aceito!
Semana passada uma cliente nos pediu um bolo de limão sem glúten e sem lactose com cobertura de brigadeiro.
Nós já tínhamos em nosso cardápio alguns produtos sem gluten e outros sem lactose, mas desta vez o desafio foi fazer um bolo gostoso e macio que atendesse às duas restrições (ao gluten e a lactose). O resultado foi esse bolo fofinho e esse retorno maravilhoso! Somos muito gratas pela confiança e seguimos animadas em descobrir novas possibilidades para as nossas queridas clientes.

Kuchen is a traditional German cake. In Brazil we call it Cuca or Cuque. It’s a cake with a fruit, usually apple, banana or grape and covered with a crunchy crust! This one is made with apples, and I got tell you, IT IS DELICIOUS!!
