I picked up this Foodland Ontario recipe at a local farm close to my house. I tried it yesterday using my microwave pressure cooker and supersonic chopper...my cooking time was 18 minutes, instead of 35! I was a little skeptical of fruit with vegetables in a soup but it was DELICIOUS!!!

I was so excited to try out several of my new Tupperware products while preparing this great fall soup! The SuperSonic Chopper quickly cut the squash, carrot and onion to the desired size and after cooking I used it to obtain the soup consistency I wanted in just seconds. Clean up is so much quicker than a food processor! The Microwave Pressure Cooker had the soup cooked in 20 minutes without steaming up the kitchen and it cleans up very easily. The final product was fantastic! My new Freezer Mates are storing the bulk of the soup. The remainder went into a Vent ‘N Serve which can go from freezer to microwave and a single serving went into the CrystalWave container which can go directly from the fridge to the microwave! Does anyone have any questions about any of these products?
