Students from .waterloo hosted a solidarity festival to “create a much-needed safe space” after the stabbings attack last month.
The focus of the Student Solidarity Festival was to make students feel connected and included through art and community.
Students like Swarnima Pandey enjoyed petting friendly dogs.
Others enjoyed colouring in their own zines.
Student organizers Sabrina Tam, Shady Roufail and Lacey Cooper raised about $400 to buy everyone a variety of snacks and crafts.
