Hello Loyal Coffee Fans,

Many of you have asked when the Waterloo shop will open.

We are sad to announce that MoT Waterloo is permanently closed.

The pandemic has changed all aspects of life in a short time and will continue for the foreseeable future.

We want to thank our Waterloo crew and customers. We had some memorable times while it lasted.

We will continue with our coffee roasting.
MoT Kitchener will remain open and continue to provide our community with great coffee.

We hope to see you in Downtown Kitchener.

Need a break from making coffee at home?

How do you make a great cup of coffee?

A little effort goes a long way.
Start with good beans. Your half-way there.

Keep it fresh. Buy whole beans. Grind as needed.

Coffee:Water ratio. It varies depending who you asked. Essentially do some trial & error find what works to your taste.

If you are new to specialty coffee, we are here to guide you. Send us your questions.

Need Chemex filters? But can't find any?
We can help.

There is a big shortage and we don't know when more supplies will be available.
In the meantime, we have a substitute that works pretty good.

They are coffee filters we hack it to fit the Chemex (same size & height, pre-folded).
