At the Komoka Market this morning I got my weekly 'fix' of microgreens from . While I was there I picked up some 'live' lettuce and a new vegan and sugarless dark chocolate to try. I love how Santiago is such a huge supporter of other local businesses 💙

A complicated question this morning that requires time, space, truth and deep inner work. Being the frequency that will support me and guide me is key. Allowing myself to be honest and to face what I have been avoiding is necessary. A deep dive into my relationship with myself is a must!

I have a private group called Cosmic Harmony with Karen and it is for energetic support during New & Full moons. For the Full Moon today I did a video about the energies and pulled the card for today from my Moonology deck. In addition my Keepers of the Light deck asked to be included. These are the cards I pulled and they gave a fabulous message. They also asked to be shared with everyone.
