It's been a while since we have posted any updates. In fact, I am noticing we only posted about Greg's birthday on Facebook and not on Instagram at the end of August.

We hope you all have been having a safe fall. We have all been very busy in our personal lives as well as finally getting the ball rolling with the recordings of the new album.

Even though this is still the very early stages. It feels good to finally be bringing these new tunes to life. We don't have a title yet, the lyrics aren't complete and we are a while away from art but you can expect to see teasers of tracking coming soon and possibly a video diary of each instrument.

Hey folks! Hope you all had a safe Canadian Thanksgiving! We've been pretty quiet lately. And for good reason! We have entered hermit phase of preparing to record LPII.

We want to take this time to publicly state that we are currently on a live show hiatus until our new album is complete. We are entirely focused on this record (as well as very busy and turbulent times in our personal lives) and cannot delegate time for rehearsing a live set as well as the album material.

We always appreciate offers for shows, and we had some communications started earlier this year about playing some shows this winter. We will return to Quebec and Ottawa as soon as possible. The Toronto and London shows we had talked about will have to wait until next year.

We will be posting updates on recording in the coming months as well as other teasers.

In the meantime, if you are looking for some good shows in the coming week, we are helping promote 2 badass shows in Guelph and Kitchener coming up.

Today is our backbone's birthday! Everyone wish Greg a great day! He is about to start another tour with our besties in CARRION VAEL this Friday! The states has been absolutely spoiled with his shirtless presence for the last few weeks. Savour him while you can folks! We miss and love our human clock. Can't wait to hear him record this new album this winter. We are sure he is mighty warmed up after playing with RAIDER and Carrion Vael for close to 2 months!

That's a wrap!!! AWAKENING ABHORRENCE IN THE ATLANTIC TOUR complete! ✅

Approximately 4500 KMs across Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes with our new best friends is now complete!

Glad to say this tour was a massive success for us! The enthusiasm, hospitality and gratitude from the East Coast crowd was truly humbling!

We booked this tour as a COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT BAND. And it was our most successful tour to date. Bands, stop sleeping on the East coast Canada. What they lack in population they make up for in support and they BUY MERCH. We will absolutely be returning there asap and will be covering more ground next time.

Special shout out to the New Brunswick cities of Fredericton, Caraquet and Moncton for having the most intense support we've possibly ever received in an untouched area. Caraquet was an unbelievable experience that none of us will ever forget. Carrion Vael and Æpoch are the first Death Metal bands to have ever played this area!? If anything the tour was worth that and Peggy's Cove alone. (Not to leave Halifax out we love you too)

Thanks to everyone who came out and attended a show, especially anyone who bought merch, you guys got us through this tour! Thanks to any promoters we worked with and venues! All were very accommodating. Certainly thanks to any support bands who played with us! We basically hand picked all the bands we wanted to play with on this tour so just know that we think you guys are completely sick and we will return the favour any day!

Today is our last day of tour and sadly our only day on this run without our bae's is ! Missing those dudes already! We need to do another run with those dudes covering more areas. Tonight at .mtl we rage a headlining set with support from and !

Tomorrow we return to Montreal at long last on our journey home from the east coast! Sadly we will not have our new BFFs with us tomorrow but we are excited to play with and our friends in again!

Thanks for turning up last night Halifax! Another rad show down and so great to play with for the first time (drummer is nuts and does lead vocals 😱) and our home dawgs in on their home turf for a change.

Today is the last day of our tour with in Moncton at The Caveau with ! We've become close friends with the Carrion Vael dudes over this run and had some of the most fun we've had on any tour yet! Something tells us this won't be the last run we do together! Come end your May 24 weekend right with some metal and don't forget to bring the hugs!

The last few nights in New Brunswick have been nothing short of humbling and amazing. Fredericton and Caraquet went nuts and have been 2 of the most successful merch nights we have ever had.

This has been an amazing tour so far, making tons of great memories and new friends as well as catching up with some old friends who it has been so great to see again!

Ben helped compose some older Æpoch material such as Plummet, City Of Statues, Extinction Is Imminent, A Brainwashed Civilization and Ozonihilation before ever joining the band, so needless to say Ben's transition into full time member has been seamless and with the left and right balanced out in the band.

We feel whole with Ben and Nic shredding up front. What those cats are cooking up for the next album is our most collaborative material in our existence. Ben has brought the flavour we missed back into the band and we love ya pal. Happy birthday 🎈🎂🤘
