We are currently looking for a full-time tile installer to join our growing team. Twin City Tile is an award-winning flooring company operating for 79 years in Waterloo Region serving both the commercial and residential industries.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented tile installer to join our team. Full-time work commercial and residential environments. Company vehicle available. Major tools will be provided to you. Monday to Friday with occasional weekends depending on current job sites. We are looking for experienced installers who take pride in quality work from start to finish with a great customer service attitude to represent the company.

Responsibilities:

• Full time reliable attendance
• Accurately read and follow work order instructions
• Measure, Measure, cut and install various type of tile
• Working knowledge of materials, equipment and installation layouts
• Adherence to Twin City Tile’s and Regulatory health and safety policies
• Other duties as required by manager
Qualifications:
• 1 or more years of flooring installation experience
• Year or more years experience with Schluter Systems preferred
• Strong history of demonstrating problem solving, communication and organizational skills
• Team player with respect for others
• Valid drivers license with clean abstract
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Bend, twist, kneel, sit, crawl, push and pull
• Able to reach in all directions
• Walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Other physical requirements as needed for job
