Nasturtium tincture, another two weeks to go then ready😍

Lilac tincture after its strained. Its so beautiful sunny and clear. It smells like fresh picked lilac and it tastes surprisingly sweet🥰 I put some in my diffuser and the whole house smells like the first signs of spring.....this will be so good come dark winter.

What I've been working on today......these stunning marigolds made into tincture ready in 5 or so weeks fo me to add to my daily routine. Antifungal, antimicrobial properties prevent infection and heal the bodies tissues.

And old fashioned recipe for rose water takes three weeks to see how lovely it will be compared to my other methods 🥰

So a question I get asked all the time, "What is a Gemstone Essence?"
Let me tell you why I put that @!!*$% in everything I create. Essences are elixirs infused with the unique vibrations of specially selected gemstones. They carry the radiance inherent in each stone which provides a therapeutic nature. Similar to a plant essence, using the power of the sun to extract the vibrational energy from the crystal you've chosen into the water in which it rests. Then I take it a step farther and I stabilize that mixture with spirit so it is shelf stable. All the healing power that each specific crystal bestows can now be added to all my creations. I put it in my cleaner so I can clear my space while I clean, it's incredible, you have to try it. I put it in my tea straight up, I put it in my face cream, my bath, my kombucha.....it's everywhere. If I need to feel the love I reach for Rose Quartz, if I need a protective bubble for dealing with added stress I reach for Black Tourmaline, if I need to find my voice for a difficult conversation, I reach for Blue Lace Agate or Sodalite. The list goes on and on, trust you me, I have a crystal for that!
It's my everyday way of staying centred in where I stand and going through this life with integrity and grace.
