I havenโt been on Facebook in about 10 months other then using messenger.
I often forget about this platform & also took some time away from social media over the past year as Iโve grown, reflected & reevaluated many things.
I am still here working in this healing, coaching, growing, expanding holistic world!

Life is such a crazy journey, so many twists & turns. This time away has been very valuable & I feel more clear & grounded then I have in some time! I went through so many drastic changes this past year that have only added to my excitement to share & re-emerge!

This is a stigma-free community where we have the opportunity to share, relate, & discuss the nitty-gritty. Sharing is ALWAYS optional. If you simply want a place to come listen & feel seen & understood, you are welcome here.

Between sharing & connection we will be practicing some breath work, guided mediation, & movement.
Every meet will be a little bit different & we will flow with what needs to come up.

Automatic negative thoughts - aka limiting beliefs.
They serve us no purpose & only hold us back.
Your subconscious mind can not distinguish between thoughts and facts, so if you are constantly thinking you arenโt good enough, your subconscious takes that as information, which manifests into your reality. This means if you are stuck on the thought that you arenโt good enough, you will continue to find evidence to support that narrative.
Follow the steps in this post to help rewrite your thought patterns.
How to clarify & establish new beliefs:
Example: โI am not good enoughโ
Core belief: โI am incapable and unworthy of being loved or enough for others.โ
New belief: โI am more than enough exactly as I am now.โ
Every time the negative thought comes up, practice replacing it with the new positive one. โจ
This is the first step, become more aware of your thoughts & catch yourself! Donโt let your inner bully win!
