Refinished these weathered oak doors for some amazing clients we have known for at least 20 years.
Made a spray tent to finish inplace, power sand with 180 grit, brushed 1 coat of oil primer to fill grain openings and to block tannin bleed, brushed 1 coat of Bulleye 1-2-3 to finish filling open grains, sprayed 2 coats of Dulux Diamond satin matched to their garage door color 😀

Someone installed this drywall ceiling incorrectly to add pot lights.
We are adding backing to the seems to eliminate the cracking on the joints.
