In a recent article on Passive House Accelerator, Walsh Construction Co. and Carleton Hart Architecture PC discuss how Marylhurst Commons, an affordable housing development in Lake Oswego, Oregon, achieved Passive House certification even though the decision to pursue Phius certification occurred only after design development had started.

Repurposing the Commons in Lake Oswego Mercy Greenbrae Apartments at Marylhurst Commons brings 100 units of affordable housing to Oregon and could soon be one of the largest Phius-certified buildings on the West Coast.

The Peak recently received its official certification wall plaque from Passive House The International Passive House Association which means it's now featured with Passive House Canada as a certified project. Read all about it at the link below! ⬇

Thank you Homebuilders Association Vancouver - HAVAN for hosting the 2024 Fall Classic Golf Tournament at Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club.

We sponsored Hole 18 where team members Andrew, Jailen, Tyson and Cassandra chatted with all the golfers.

We also had a foursome golfing the beautiful course. Mike, Mika, Brent and Thomas won the award for "Most Honest Team" for their... honest score. 😅

Mike Cairns won a door prize from Trail Appliances and Everything Wine. We're hoping he's as generous as he is honest. 😉

Completed in 2016, the Z.J. Williams School is a K-12 school located in the remote Central Yupik Eskimo village of Napaskiak, Alaska. The school serves as a comfortable and healthy environment for students to learn and for the community to gather. Innotech manufactured triple glazed high-performance windows to ensure the building occupants benefit from abundant light and natural ventilation without compromising thermal comfort.
