Some may think the pic on the left is more aligned with the beauty standards of the world, BUT to be 100% honest, the person on the left was extremely INSECURE and UNHAPPY with how she looked and who she was. The person on the right feels MORE beautiful and doesn't let OTHERS dictate what SHE should be and is the most HAPPY and most CONFIDENT person she ever has been.
I am finally DOING the things I LOVE and BEING the person I LOVE.
If you are not TRUE to YOURSELF and seek worth from OTHERS through things like LOOKING good, buying nice STUFF, doing SPORTS that your PEERS love or doing CAREERS that are considered COOL or LUCRATIVE, you will ALWAYS suffer. You must work to love YOURSELF and ALLOW that person to be known through YOUR STRENGTHS and TALENTS. If you dont, you'll be ASHAMED of yourself no matter HOW good you and ALL of your stuff and accomplishments look on the outside.
BE YOURSELF, AND YOU WILL FLOURISH π©΅

Amanda used to always feel tired, bloated, and hungry. Eating healthy was not her top priority, so she ate whatever and whenever she was hungry.

Love front squats especially if you like to squat and have lower back pain.
*front squat puts weight on your anterior chain(front of body) rather than the posterior chain (back of body) while still getting posterior chain activation
*more quad activation
*less hip flexion which means less strain on low back

I currently am doing group training and nutrition coaching at Fit Body Boot Camp here in lethbridge and I'am absolutely LOVING it!!! Its an amazing place and environment and would highly recommend joining ;) Iam also still doing 1 on 1 personal training if you are interested π

The most common reason I get for why people dont work out is "I DONT HAVE TIME!"

1. Lets not complicate things here- we must simplify our lives in order to achieve the things we desire MOST even if that means giving up drinks with friends, shopping, or a relaxing day at the beach (eventually when youve established routine you will not have to be as strict)
2. I can tell you how to achieve your fitness goals until the end of time BUT ultimately it comes down to WHAT ARE YOUR PRIORITIES??? You must really want it and be willing to sacrifice for it

Energy drinks- taurine, guarana, high levels of sugar and caffine - especially dangerous mixed with alcohol
Look at the ingredients of energy drinks- long list thats for sure- you generally want to consume food and drinks that dont have tonnes of different, especially foreign, ingredients.
You can actually find sparkling water and sweetened drinks with sucralose and stevia(still unknown how safe these sweeteners are) and without aspertame or sucrose, still with same or lower caffine level and not many added ingredients which should still be ingested with caution.

-bubbly
-zevia
- sparkling ice
