I used the Gluten Free Shortbread Cookies for a crust for a no bake cheesecake. It turned out really well. Mix as per package instructions but press into the bottom of a cake pan. I used a pan just a little smaller than 9x13. Bake the cookie crust and let it cool. Top with a no bake Cheesecake. There are two to choose from Berry Swirl or Citems Lime No-Bake Cheesecake.

My husband loves Hummus. So today he mixed up a batch of it. Such a perfect blend of flavours. We love Hummus with multigrain chips, veggies, and pita bread. Have you ever tried it with a drizzle of balsamic? So good!
