The day we have all been waiting for is here. The new Listowel Memorial Park playground is OPEN!

In July of 2023, the community chose the colours for the playground through online input and made a fantastic choice!

We would like to thank the community for their continued patience through this process and we hope everyone enjoys the new playground.

April Walks Update

People have been telling me they enjoy meeting up in my absence so don't forget you can go to.

Excited to say I will be able to lead the walk on April 24th and we decided to meet up at Stacked after the walk. If you intend to go to Stacked Pancake House Listowel with us please let me know either at the start of the walk or message me so I can make sure to save you and your little a seat.

WEEKLY WALK UPDATE- Folks have requested that an informal parent walk continues in my absence on Wednesdays at Steve Kerr Memorial Complex in Listowel Ontario from 10am-11am. Please meet in the foyer at 10 to introduce yourself, share your name, your little ones name(s), a win and a challenge of the week and then head on up for some walking together.

Drop ins welcome to all courses.
Those in courses has spots held in their classes and have access to recordings, on demand library, group forum and more.

Classes can be accessed online (excluding parent and baby/mover classes)
or in person at the Listowel Kin Station 555 Binning St W, Listowel ON

Have you heard!? One of our physiotherapists, Alex Brohman, has returned from maternity leave. Alex has joined June Williamson in providing Pelvic Health Physiotherapy as part of her practice! Alex is so thrilled to be expanding her knowledge in this new area, and is passionate about helping those with pelvic floor dysfunction.

June Williamson, PT, our clinic owner and a practicing physiotherapist, has been treating pelvic health conditions for the past 8 years and continues to thoroughly enjoy her work with this population.

Located at Steve Kerr Memorial Complex (please be aware that their are open stairwells so please be cautious with tots walking, and strollers are welcome)

Running Wednesdays 10-11

FREE event- starts with an ice breaker, and finishes whenever you are ready to go home

With loads of experience working with a variety of bodies since she began teaching in 2014. Kendra is able to provide a BEGINNER FRIENDLY YOGA CLASS that also PROMOTES A DEEPER INNER AWARENESS, aka a deeper yoga practice.

Each month brings a new theme to her classes and courses. This months is UPRIGHT and RELAXED. Sitting upright is perfect for a meditation practice and can often be challenging depending on the bodies current needs/patterns. Often we maintain more effort or effort in the wrong muscle groups to sustain an upright position.

Over the course of February we will weave the theme of finding ease, relaxing more while sustaining a stable supported upright position, that is fitting for your body. We will explore releasing effort where it is not needed on and off the mat, and increase our ability to lean into what sustains us, both on and off the mat.

See you on FEB 1st for new classes and courses, with intimate class sizes to support you better. Stills some space available.

Classes are in person at the Kin Station Listowel, Ontario and Hybrid class are available over zoom online live.

You are mentally, and physically going through many changes, and quite often are expected to complete the same number of tasks and responsibilities.

PRENATAL YOGA provides SPACE FOR SUPPORT, it IMPROVES WELLBEING, and LOWERS RISKS.

Pregnancy and parenting is not meant to be a solo journey. Join us in community on Thurdays at 5:30pm beginning February 1st for beginner friendly PRENATAL YOGA.
