Culligan Water is an award winning, family owned business that offers bottled water, ice, coffee, Traeger products, and a full line of water treatment products for every problem for both residential and commercial locations.

We want you to join our team at our Lloydminster location as a full-time Customer Service Representative! The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00. Location 2711 50 Ave Lloydminster, SK.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to our customers and our sales, delivery and service teams.

Responsibilities:
Run our store and keep it clean
Assist customers in person and on the phone in a professional manner
Direct phone calls to the correct department
Set up deliveries
Process new contracts and create customer accounts
Print and distribute service work orders and route tickets, close work orders, and bill out once completed
Promote and up-sell products and services to new and current customers
Perform all routing duties including: making tickets for deliveries, printing routes, data entry when drivers return, enter and reconcile payments collected, and other data entry tasks
Forward missing or outstanding invoices as requested
Handle money, run the cash register and debit machine, balance cash, prepare bank deposit, UEI payment transactions, reconcile and balance receipts, payment batches, cash, cheques, etc.
MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT 50 lb. BOTTLES TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS.

What we're looking for:
Outgoing personality and a desire to be part of a team and help customers
Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills
Previous customer service experience is an asset

We have been very busy since December 1st as we welcomed Bonnyville Water Conditioning into the Culligan Water World family.

A huge welcome goes to Chris, Donna, and the rest of the BWC team.

We had a discussion about what is healthy water, and it progressed to what is the pH of rain water, that for millions of years was all that early people had to drink. you will see in the infographic from the EPA website (link below), it is about 5.6pH but with pollution it is getting more acidic and called Acid Rain, Rainbow Trout will die if our lakes go down below 6.0ph.
