The Classic Meatloaf can be used for so much more than just meatloaf! I made meatballs tonight with the classic meatloaf, marinara seasoning and 3 onions. They turned out perfect! So tasty! Adding them to some pasta sauce and spaghetti!!

This is a great alternative on how to use the Wintry Mushroom soup.

Turn Wintry Mushroom Soup Seasoning into Wintry Mushroom Pork in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients
1 tbsp oil, divided
1 lb (450 g) boneless pork loin roast
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
1 pkg (7 oz/200 g) sliced mushrooms, about 2 1/2 cups
1 pkg Wintry Mushroom Soup Seasoning
1 1⁄2 cups milk, your choice
Toppings (optional): coarsely chopped parsley

In Wok, heat 1⁄2 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, slice pork into 4 steaks; season with salt and pepper. Add to pan and fry until browned, 3–4 min per side. Place on a plate; cover and keep warm.
Add remaining 1⁄2 tbsp oil to wok. Add mushrooms and sauté until lightly brown, 3 min.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together seasoning and milk. Once mushrooms have browned, add milk mixture. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and return pork to pan. Cover; simmer until meat is cooked through, about 4 min, turning once.
Divide pork between plates; spoon sauce on top, add parsley if desired.

Posted • Looking for a side to dip that Rotisserie Chicken? Serve up this Hot Chicken Dip and enjoy the flavour of good food ingredients.

Hot Chicken Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
2 cups Nourish Broth, prepared
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp BBQ Sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp honey
1⁄4 cup Savoury Herb Gravy Mix
1⁄2 cup water, cold
1⁄2 tspSea Salt (Grinder), optional
Preparation
In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil.
Whisking constantly, add the next five ingredients.
Dissolve gravy mix into cold water and poor into warm broth, whisking constantly.
Simmer for 3–5 minutes to desired consistency. Season to taste, if desired.

The Better than Bacon Bits is definitely better than the store bought bacon bits!

Chocolate Buttermilk Cake Great for entertaining or a girls' night in – who doesn't love chocolate cake?

I grew up on Hamburger Helper and served it to my own family over the years. It was a quick and easy meal. Our favourite was beef stroganoff so when I saw that Epicure had a beef stroganoff meal, I had to try it! It did not disappoint! So tasty and easy to make. I used ground turkey, mushrooms and plain Greek yogurt mixed in with the epicure seasoning. I cooked the egg noodles in my instant pot and then mixed all together when done. A great meal!!

Rotisserie Chicken can be used on other meats as well! Seasoned a pork tenderloin tonight with it and was not disappointed.

For dinner tonight, I used epicure spices. I made spaghetti squash and chicken Parmesan. I cut the spaghetti squash in half, brushed some olive oil on each side, sprinkled with garlic aioli, SPG and fine Herbs. Put that in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes and it was perfect! So tasty. For the chicken, I dipped them in eggs, bread crumbs, Marinara Seasoning and shredded Parmesan cheese. Chicken went into the air fryer for 15 minutes. Everything turned out so good! Got the thumbs up 👍🏼 from my husband.

The last of the new meal solutions from Epicure is Enchiladas. I have never had Enchiladas before so I don’t really have anything to compare this to. I did really enjoy this meal. It was very tasty however, the recipe calls for two cans of black beans. Since I am not a big fan of black beans, I only used one can and substituted the other can with ground turkey. Great substitution in my opinion and had the right amount of black beans. I fried the ground beef and mixed in 3 onions seasoning and a little Pico picante. Followed the recipe on the back other than this variation.
