Swim Spas have been a popular recent trend in calls from clients lately... with the high lid that's rather large - a walkway ensures for both ease of access and safety! In this case, the client did a bit of a retread with the step (that we also built 7 years ago) for the hot tub, to create a 'water area' of the deck. Used Silver Teak - which accents the grey's in both the hot tub and swim spa 🤩

Love this beauty of a space!

𝚂𝚎𝚝𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚞𝚙 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚜𝚞𝚌𝚌𝚎𝚜𝚜!

Every property is just a little different. This particular project, having a shed in the back yard would really chop down on space, so utilizing the space under the deck became a point of discussion. There are multiple ways we can do this, in this instance, we framed in a slated roof system for water to run away from the home and area underneath for storage purposes! Also with a little landscaping, we repurposed some stone to create a staging area! We work with our clients to create functional spaces wherever they may be!

Once we worked out the final plan with the clients, it doesn't take our skilled crew long to get things moving. Within 2 days, this 27x36 in surface was framed and ready for board and a structure 👀

As we near completion of this mega project, Surface completed with a two-tone fascia also from , beautiful accent railing from and a bar wrapped in barista grained siding, we added a few finishing touches such as flagstone onto the steps and completely wrapped the deck and side garden areas with a bold mulch to create that 'pop' one would hope to have in their
