We're a little bit Rapscallion Rogue Eatery and a little bit Two Black Sheep. Mostly, we're a unique dining experience by The Other Bird, open seven days a week. We would like to serve you oysters, cocktails, and small plates of amazing fare.
Oh so crackly crisp on the outside, and melt-in-your-mouth tender the rest of the way through. It's like a better version of crispy pork belly. Our Fried Pork Knuckle is cooked low and slow, before being crisped up and served with house-pickled beets and onions, sauerkraut, assorted mustard and beer gravy. This beautiful board is best shared, and a real joy to eat.
