The wall beside my desk has slowly evolved to be a kind of gallery space and there was one gap waiting the next piece. Well it seemed like the perfect time to test the L hooks I just bought to hang one of my new wildflowers, and doesn’t she look so lovely?

I haven’t worked on this idea very much, but here’s a rough cut of where I want to go. I’m excited to see how it ends up! ✨

Join me for a new, whimsical class - the beloved balloon dog! 🎈🐶 I grew up in the 80s and balloon animal artists (magicians?) were always at birthday parties. Everyone was mesmerized - out of a pocket came a tiny balloon and when it was all over - animals! 🤯 Make one out of glass and it will never deflate. 🙂🌈

For reference, this sample piece is made with an iridescent clear glass (all iridized glass has an “oil slick” sheen on one side, hence all the colors you see). 💫

This class is approx 3.5 hours, no prior skills required, all tools, supplies and ambience provided. Choose your own balloon dog color!
