J.B. Enterprises is currently hiring Commercial Grounds Maintenance & Landscape Crew Members. Applicants work on a Great crew of MEN & WOMAN involved in all aspects of grounds maintenance (i.e. grass cutting, garden maintenance, and landscaping ( plantting, sodding & mulching ). Wages range between $18-$21.00/hour based on experience, skills and positions. Year round employment is available. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

· *MUST have a driver's license and mode of transportation to get to and from the shop.

· Working knowledge of equipment and tools: zero turn and walk-behind mowers, line trimmers, backpack blowers, and hand tools.

· Ability to take direction well, and work in a team environment.

· Strong work ethic

· Minimum 1 year of experience in grounds maintenance preferred

April-November: Monday-Friday, daily start time is 7:00AM *Winter hours will vary*

• Frequent machine operation, the use of hands/fingers and legs to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect and position materials

• Frequent requirement to be on your feet, standing, walking, lifting and/or moving 50+ lbs with assistance

• Working outdoors in all types of weather and exposure to the elements

• Working in proximity to heavy/moderate noise, extreme proximity to moving equipment or machinery, proximity to electrical energy, exposure to tools and machines used in the construction industry

* At least 1 year experience plowing in a pickup

Drivers must be available 24/7 plowing commercial properties in London . Drivers will be paid an hourly competitive rate
depending on experience.

Job would also be good for someone retired looking for a few hours of work when it snows

This beautiful country home has a new look after receiving a pool and needing the yard and landscape brought back to life.

Friday front yard transformation.

These customers had some sewer work completed and had a bit of a mess afterwards. They called us; and we did our magic 😉

Happy hump day!! This backyard had a major over-haul. 2 pads for concrete, several tree stumps removed a pond filled and many gardens removed;, leveled and new sod so the new home-owners could enjoy.

Another backyard oasis done just in time for them to enjoy the pool for the summer.

Our awesome hard working team have been busy busy busy!!, Mulching, pruning, sodding, installing park benches, planting, property maintenance & even some garbage removal. We take care of it !!

J.B. Enterprises maintenance division is happy to be part in maintaining the new East London community center until it's grand opening!!

First big landscape of the season completed, we removed a terrible weeded yard; trucking out and trucking in nearly 20 yards of topsoils 20 yards of river rock, planted trees, added a small pad and all new sod for this beautiful backyard and spruced up the front yard.
