Baking spirits bright ✨

As a salad shop owner overseeing 3 locations (and growing 😉), my days are FULL to say the least and while I've remained mostly behind the scenes, I think it's time I share more of what its like to create, operate and grow a healthy food business in London!

Let’s start with a few fun facts:

💚Both my parents were entrepreneurs

🥩I used to be hard core vegan and now steak is my favourite food, I guess I’m just making up for lost time with it!!

👀I have 2 different color eyes

🍦My guilty pleasure is PC Peppermint ice cream during the holidays

🐱 I own a cat who has had 374648 prior owners

🏃🏼‍♀️I workout at West London Crossfit
