The Ukellettes
Ukulele ladies playing joyful music This band, in about 6 years has grown in our knowledge of our instruments and harmonies to the songs as well as performing.
Each member of the band brings a different dynamic, talent, and playing style that just adds so much to our music. It was the brain child of June Cole who was looking for a backup group. After about year, we started to forge ahead as a band. June, at that time, moved to a different direction. We have certainly moved ahead of where we ever thought we would be..and love every minute.
Well the Ukellettes are all still Uke-ing but not together. 3 of use are in the higher risk range for Covid and the other two are bust working, raising kids and surviving the pandemic. We stay in contact but are not participating in any performances or practices together. We want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for the support you have given since we started this journey which ended so abruptly in 2019. Stay safe and well.
