Today’s storm put this sailboat on the beach and the Titan crew was there at high tide to get her back to a mooring before more damage was done.

Great spring weather to get out and test all the upgrades to the two custom built Blue Robotics ROVs in the Titan Maritime fleet. Years of constant improvements by CTO .deboer have created these capable, flexible tools for safe underwater operations. Navigation is done by Cerulean Sonar USBL and DVL. Video is recorded by six onboard cameras including a cinema grade zoom. The selection of fibre optic tethers allow for work in depths up to 300 meters.

Titan Maritime has begun a ghost gear clean up in Nova Scotia. During the month of October we hauled many tonnes of debris, it is great to see all these plastics come out of the sea.
