We ship our coffee freshly roasted with the roast date stamped. Our coffee is made on a roast-to-order basis right here in Ontario. This means that we roast your coffee as your order is being processed! Think about it like this… While a green banana may be fresher, it’s not necessarily better. The same goes for coffee! Once coffee is roasted, it needs to degas (or ripen) and if you time it right, you’ll be drinking your coffee at its most optimal window.
