Hello it’s me, nice to meet you. I’m Karen the face behind the Scarlett Studio.

It’s Day 2 of and the prompt is ‘all about you’ and true to form I’m late in posting this, a whole day late!

Here are a few fun facts about me.

1. I work from my basement (on posh days I call it my studio) in a suburb of Toronto, Canada.

2. I’m a mum of 6 (4 human and 2 canine babes) plus several cats and the possum, raccoons and squirrels that regularly visit my veggie garden!

3. Originally from the UK 🇬🇧 I’ve lived in Canada for 25 years now, but I haven’t lost my accent or love for marmite & walkers crisps (my fav flavour is of course marmite).

4. I love drinking tea and listening to true crime podcasts. Current faves are, My favorite murder, Wicked bones & Bailey Sarian.

5. I’m a hopeless (or should that be hopeful) Blue Jays fan. For those who don’t know that’s are local baseball team.
