Yesterday evening Grey County Paramedic Services responded to a call that someone accidentally drove into the Meaford harbour. Fortunately for the driver, four instructors from the sailing school and another bystander quickly dove into the water and grabbed hammers to break the window and pull the driver to safety. No doubt this quick and heroic action saved her life. Thank you to good Samaritans Kyle Gilas, Nathan Brand, Griffin Dauphinee, Ilian Malibertsma, and Becca Vail (not in photo) for your bravery!

Rebecca graduated from the Ontario College of Health & Technology in 2020 with a diploma in Massage Therapy. She also holds a B.Sc. (McMaster University), an M.Sc. (McGill University) and has a previous career in research. After staying home with her two children for 15 years, Rebecca decided to go back to school for Massage Therapy in 2019.

Rebecca combines her education, experience, and a variety of techniques to deliver treatments to promote healing and enhance the quality of life and well-being of her clients. She believes that good communication with her clients is the key to success, and she works to develop treatments and treatment plans that are tailored to their ongoing and specific goals. Rebecca welcomes the collaboration that is possible at a multidisciplinary clinic. She is committed to her ongoing professional development, through regular participation in continuing education workshops.

Rebecca is excited to be relocating to the Meaford area, after spending many years visiting with family in Clarksburg, and experiencing all the area has to offer. When she is not working, Rebecca spends much of her time outside enjoying the four seasons. She loves cycling, running, swimming, hiking and skiing.

Although masking requirements are being lifted in most businesses in Ontario as of March 21 2022, staff and patients at the clinic are going to continue wearing them until at least April 27th 2022.
We work closely with a vulnerable population and we want to do all we can to keep everyone safe. We will also continue with our brief Covid screening procedure before your appointments for a little while longer.
