Our hormones are made using amino acids from proteins and fatty acids so it's important to eat high quality protein and organic fruits and veggies! The better quality materials you use, the better quality hormones your body will create.
Variety is equally important! Every type of food has a different structure and offers a different profile of macro and micronutrients.
To keep your system balanced, you need everything in the right amounts. Too much or too little of one macro- nutrient can throw off the balance of another.
My protocol focuses on a paleo-based diet with an emphasis on organic protein, healthy fats, lots of satisfying complex carbs & adaptogenic superfood supplements.
