Alexa loved “assisting” for her brothers
hygiene appointment.

She did a great job and is
expecting a paycheck in the mail! 😄

We love having an environment where kids
are comfortable visiting us!

Dr.Kay’s patient came in wanting a
perfect smile for his wedding.
He has always been self conscious about his teeth
and afraid to smile too big.

His main concerns were:
- very prominent fluoride staining
- front teeth were slightly narrow with a slight diastema
- teeth were different lengths, chipped and slightly crooked.

We wanted to make everything not only look great,
but also be strong enough to handle his heavy bite and avoid future wear.
Because of this, the decision was made to do
crowns instead of veneers.

We took a 3D scan and the lab created a digital mock up and printed models. They also worked with our patient in-person to decide on a final custom shade.

The next step was to prep the teeth and then place temporary crowns of a shade similar to the shade he chose for the final crowns.

And lastly, we inserted his new crowns. We were thrilled with the amazing ceramic job the lab did using stacked and glazed porcelain - they look so real and turned out amazing!

Needless to say, our patient is thrilled with the outcome and couldn’t stop smiling on his wedding day!

The last few days we have been mourning the loss of a colleague and friend. Our condolences to Dr. Walburger's family.

Today, with heavy hearts, we share the news of the sudden passing of our beloved colleague and leader, Dr. Scott Walburger. It is with profound sadness that we mourn the loss of such an extraordinary individual who touched the lives of countless patients, peers, and friends.

Dr. Walburger was more than just a dentist; he was a beacon of healing, education, and unwavering dedication to the highest standard of care. For decades, he selflessly served our community, leaving an indelible mark on all those who had the privilege of crossing his path.

Dr. Walburger was a family man above all else. A dedicated father of 3, and devoted husband who touched countless lives with his example of selflessness and family values. Beyond his exceptional dental expertise, his legacy shines brightly in the love and dedication he showed towards his family. His commitment to his role as a loving husband and father served as an inspiration to us all.

As we reflect on his legacy, we are reminded of the profound impact he had on our clinic family. Dr. Walburger was not only a boss but a friend to his Team members he led at his three clinics, Lethbridge Dental Services South, Crossings Dental and Medicine Hat Dental. His kindness, wisdom, and genuine care touched everyone around him, fostering a sense of unity and belonging that will forever be cherished.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the Southern Alberta dental community for their outpouring of support during this difficult time. Your unwavering solidarity and assistance in ensuring our clinic continues to serve our patients speak volumes about the incredible spirit of unity that defines our profession.

In the days ahead, we will carry Dr. Walburger’s legacy in our hearts as we honor his memory with his Associate Dentists serving our Patients, the community, and the surrounding area. This patient came to see Dr. Kay with some concerns about his front teeth.
He had existing fillings that were:

🔸broken and worn out
🔸stained
🔸And not as aesthetically please as they could be

They wanted to do something that was both a long term solution, and that looked great.
Two new anterior crowns were the perfect fix.

Once the teeth were prepped, we worked closely with our lab - taking lots of pictures along the way - so that we could get everything looking as natural as possible.

The outcome looks great and the patient loves the results!
