After much consideration on how to address this situation, here we go....

Back on Sept.7th 2021, I implemented a Cancellation Policy which I've been very lenient on applying.
I understand that circumstances arise which are out of your control at times.

However, I am a professional business woman who operates a professional spa for my clients. I book appointments at your convenience.

Going forward and effective immediately, the Cancellation Policy will be applied to your next appointment if you are a no-show or cancellation is in under 24 hours of your appointment. Less than 24hr notice 30% Cancellation Fee
NO Show 50% Cancellation Fee.

To my values clients, I know you will understand and I look forward to booking your next service.

Where has Summer gone!!
I will be taking a much needed family Vacation August 28th to Sept 5th.
So, don't wait too long to book as space is limited for the next couple weeks.

When you skip school you help mom at work. Especially when you notice she doesn't put the polish back in the right spot.

Update: Proud Mom moment!
The boys did absolutely amazing yesterday. Winning 4 of 5 games sending them on to the next tournament in just a couple weeks. Way to go kiddos!!

As school comes to an end, it seeming to be very busy for my kiddos. So proud of them. Time is flying, cherishing every moment I can.
I will be away tomorrow June 7th. I will check messages as often as possible and will return all phone calls Thursday.
