Co & Associates
Co & Associates offers psychotherapy to individuals, couples & families both virtually & in-person.
Come say hello and get a free hug with consent at the Milton Farmers Market today!
We are raising awareness of mental health and wellness, offering balsam fir saplings for a minimum donation of $4 per tree with a portion of the proceeds going to the Milton Youth Space located at the Milton Sports Centre!
An important part of the therapeutic process is to pause and ask yourself “is this working for me?”
If you feel as though something isn’t going the way you’d hoped, we encourage you to have a conversation with your therapist to ensure that you’re both on the same page!
Every life is a story worth telling. Let’s spread hope, listen without judgement, and remind each other that it is okay to ask for help 💙
Our team is here to support you. To connect with one of our therapists for non-judgemental support, please visit https://www.coassociatesmilton.com or email us at [email protected]

Burnout can sometimes be difficult to identify, but it is important to be aware of the signs. Take time to check in with yourself, prioritize self-care, and seek support if needed. Your well-being matters!
How to: Prioritize Self Care
Self-care is important because it helps maintain balance in a world that often demands so much from us. It’s about nurturing your mental, emotional, and physical health so you can show up as your best self in all aspects of life!
Three tips for effective communication! We understand that sometimes we loose sight of how to communicate effectively, especially while frustrated. That is why we have put together a few tips on how to communicate effectively with others!
Happy Mindful Monday! This week, we encourage you to try some mindful journaling using one of the prompts below. Find a quiet, cozy space in which you can write mindfully and pause for reflection!
Let’s start the conversation and break the stigma around mental health. Together, we can create a more understanding, inclusive, and supportive Canada 🇨🇦
Note to self: You can’t pour from an empty cup… take care of yourself first!
We’ve all been there. Life can be overwhelming, but reaching out for support isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s a step towards healing and growth.
Our therapists are here to offer a listening ear, guidance, and the tools you need to navigate through hard times.
Always remember, you are never alone 💙
You’re human, which means it’s okay not to be perfect and have everything figured out!
Incorporating stress reduction into daily life is essential for maintaining overall well-being and mental health. We know it isn’t always easy to think of simple stress reduction techniques, so we’ve provided you with a few!
August Self-Care Bingo!
If you’re like us, it’s hard to believe that it’s already August! We encourage you to really prioritize yourself this month. Save this post and revisit it throughout August!
Myth & Fact: Therapy Edition!
There are a lot of misconceptions about therapy out there, so we wanted to take some time today to break down some of the common therapy myths.
Our therapists make it a priority to ensure that your therapeutic space is safe and judgement free. We encourage you to always share what you are thinking or feeling, especially when it comes to giving your therapist feedback. It is your journey after all!
Happy Monday! As we enter the last week of July, don’t forget to take mindful breaks throughout your week!
Boundaries aren’t about keeping others out; they’re about making room for your own well-being and growth.

Finding the right therapist can be challenging, which is why we wanted to provide you with a few tips and things to consider to make the process a little easier!
