Happy Earth day

This cake was the most fun to do in 2022 so far. It was from was challenge for me but I loved every single detail and I think I did a good job to be as close as possible to the cartoon cake (you can see my hand in the back ☺️)

This is something I don’t do often and just started a month ago to do cheese cake cups and this time I did it wit biscoff crumbs at the bottom then a layer of cheese cake mixture and a thin layer of caramel and another layer of cheese cake mixture them caramel again 🤣 then some crumbs and topped with whipped cream and tiny flower. I loved how the caramel mixed with the cream cheese mixture on the outside in some area and another not .
