Keep your properties in top shape this summer with our comprehensive maintenance checklist! 🛠️🏘️

1. Exterior Inspections:
Check for cracks in the foundation and exterior walls.
Inspect and clean gutters and downspouts.
Examine the roof for damage or loose shingles.
Ensure windows and doors are sealed properly to prevent leaks.

2. Landscaping & Grounds:
Trim trees, bushes, and hedges.
Mow lawns and water regularly to keep the grass healthy.
Remove weeds and apply mulch to flower beds.
Check irrigation systems for proper operation and leaks.

3. HVAC Systems:
Schedule a professional HVAC inspection and service.
Replace air filters to improve air quality and efficiency.
Clean and clear debris from around outdoor units.

4. Safety & Security:
Test smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms.
Check and replace batteries in security systems and cameras.
Ensure outdoor lighting is functional and adequate.

5. Plumbing:
Inspect pipes for leaks or signs of wear.
Test water pressure and check for any issues.
Clean out any clogged drains and ensure proper flow.

6. Common Areas:
Clean and maintain pools and recreational facilities.
Ensure walkways and driveways are free from hazards.
Refresh paint on benches, fences, and other outdoor structures.

Schedule regular pest control services.
