💖 A Note From My Heart 💖

Hi lovelies,

Over the summer months some of my favourite memories & best times spent have been with the ladies in my life: friends ~ family ~ clients ~ even strangers. This has got me feeling how important it is to connect as a woman, in community! When women come together we soften our hearts, we open ourselves up to vulnerable conversations, we feel seen & heard, we laugh (oh goodness, how we laugh) and most times we cry (happy tears & sad ones).

The community I have been cultivating over the years continues to grow being nourished by each and everyone of YOU. I will continue to create a welcoming space within the Studio for connection & community.

Now, I know that many of you are in the “abundance” (aka busyness) of the end of summer season (crying) & also preparing your kiddos for back to school. Whew! I'm overwhelmed just writing about this. It is my hope that this little love note will make you feel seen & not alone ~ we are all in this together!

It is my hope that you will plan ahead for some well deserved SOUL-care time here at the Studio this fall.

🗓️ Cancellation Policy 🗓️

Hi lovelies,

Over the past few weeks there has been an over abundant amount of last minute cancellations, rescheduling & no show appointments. This is not normal for our community and I wanted to take a moment to share the Cancellation Policy.

Your appointment(s) are very important to me. This sacred space has been reserved especially for you.

Although I do understand and appreciate that plans can change unexpectedly from time to time, I request that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice be given for cancellations/rescheduling or changing your appointment.

When booking services at the Studio, this time is reserved for you personally, your credit card number will be taken at the time you book the appointment, with cancellation fees applicable to the following circumstances:

❌ ~ Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice: A fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged.

❌ ~ No-show: A fee equal to 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged to your credit card.

Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without sufficient notice, or if you don’t show up at all, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and then clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

This policy allows me to better serve everyone.

🤍 a note from my heart 🤍

I have never been able to do this, and I am beyond excited!!!!!

I am immersing myself into some “spiritual maintenance” time with my family. This usually means the Studio closes.

BUT not this year.

While I am off with the sun on my skin, toes in the sands, listening to the sounds of water rolling in, ahhhhh. In the mornings you'll find me off to the local yoga Studio or a bike-ride, by mid-day my nose in a great book and the evenings are filled with nourishing & delicious food (prepared by moi) laughter, campfires & deep sleep with the windows open.

🙏🏻 This time is necessary for my personal well-being. When I immerse myself in quality family time it allows my nervous system to reset.

This year I am beyond grateful to have Hannah here at the Studio while I’m away. I have curated some fun things for you to enjoy while I’m gone ~ stay tuned 😉

Hi, I’m Hannah and I’m thrilled to be joining as the newest member of the team at Aspasia’s Holistic Studio & Boutique.

As a medical aesthetician I bring my passion and expertise to provide exceptional care to my clients, helping you achieve your skincare goals and enhance your well-being. When it comes to my work, there’s nothing that I strive for more than empowering my clients to look and feel their best.

I foster a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone is valued and heard, whether you need a listening ear, a helping hand or simply a heartfelt smile, I will gladly hold that space for you. I love connecting with others on a deeper level, creating meaningful relationships.

On a personal note, I was raised in the countryside outside of nearby Waterdown. I grew up pursuing hockey and soccer which taught me invaluable lessons in leadership, resilience and perseverance. I find peace and joy in the great outdoors, the simple pleasures of life; such as bonding with my loyal companion Maximus, a 130-pound Great Pyrenees, indulging in serene moments at the family cottage and creating cherished moments with friends and family.

I am driven by a profound sense of purpose and a burning desire to effect positive change. I’m on a relentless mission to make my mark on the World and encourage others to pursue their dreams and embrace life's boundless possibilities.
