It's Pepper Season once more. So many ripe pods to harvest
Yesterday we made three levels of spicy numminess for our salsa. Medium Salsa, Our Hot Salsa and one that may light nacho chips on fire. The taste is amazing and definitely packs some major heat.
When you are a vendor at Canada's only hot pepper festival, it's time to turn up the heat dial.

Grew Caramel Bhutlah due to their intense heat for a possible Hotsauce.
Unfortunately after a taste test I was not fond of the floral soapy flavour due to all the oils inside placenta walls. It's a demon for heat, one of the hottest peppers I've eaten.
Will not use to make any Hotsauce from these! Instead we will dehydrate whole and sell them at Similkameen Sizzle Pepper Festival.
Evil peppers to me must taste good before using in Hotsauce. We love flavour with heat!
Sweet Chocolate Peppers ripening fast in our garden. Spicy Girl (Marlise) is making Chocolate Pepper Jelly for the Similkameen Sizzle Pepper Festival You'll forget about Red Pepper Jelly once you taste this gem. Sweet yumminess with a touch of heat. Will taste incredible on crackers with cream or goat cheese.

Chocolate Moruga Scorpion has heat right up there with a Carolina Reaper but in our opinion much tastier. That's if your face isn't on fire and you can still taste๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
Bahamian Goat Pepper is Spicy Girls (Marlise) favorite hot pepper. Such a sweet tropical flavour with plenty of heat.
