Due to a mixup in schedules, there will be no karaoke at the historic Dewdney Pub this evening. Tune in next Saturday night. for a return to our Karaoke Saturdays.
However, we still have the best licensed outdoor area with lots of great food. Join us this evening.

Friday, July 26th - Music Bingo starts at 7:00 p.m.
Dinner specials after 5:00 p.m. - arrive early to get a good seat and enjoy dinner at the Dewdney.
Call the Pub to book tables for groups of 6 or more.
Everyone gets one card for free and can purchase additional cards for $5 each in support of the North Fraser Firefighters' Association.

Special Guest Jimmy D. Lane, one of the true inheritors of the Chess/Chicago Blues Legacy.
Jimmy D. Lane - Wikipedia Lane was born to the Chess blues musician Jimmy Rogers and his wife Dorothy. In his childhood, he got to know many older bluesmen who worked with his father, including Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Willie Mabon, Little Walter and Albert King. In 1998, Lane played for the then President Bill Clinton.

Tonight, at the Historic Dewdney Pub & Liquor Store aka Church of the Blues!
Join us for an evening of great music, delicious food and tons of FUNdraising at the Dewdney Pub hosted by Cory Cassel in support of FAE Canada.
EVENT DETAILS:
- Entry is FREE! We will be raising money through the $40 burger and brew tickets, music bingo, as well as other fundraising activities (raffle, toonie toss, etc.) ***we encourage you to bring cash for fundraising!
- $40 Burger and Brew special: Classic or black bean burger which comes on a brioche bun, with a side of fries and a sleeve of draft beer. Beer sleeve selection is PBR (Pabst Blue Ribbon), Budweiser, or Bud Light. Substitute for a 6oz glass of house wine for an extra $3.
- Music Bingo starts at 7:00pm, and dinner specials are available after 5:00pm. Arrive early to get a seat and enjoy dinner at the Dewdney Pub! ***Groups of 6 or more can call the pub to book a table.
- Music bingo is FREE to play. Everyone gets 1 card for free and can purchase additional cards for $5 each.
- After music bingo, DJ's will be spinning your favourite throwbacks until 1:00am!
- Proceeds from this event will go to FAE Canada - a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable and at-risk youth in Canada, while shattering stigmas and raising awareness for mental health

Our Story
The Historic Dewdney Pub is located along the banks of the Dewdney slough in the rural Dewdney/Deroche area of the Fraser Valley just off scenic Hwy. 7. The building started as a church in 1912; survived the 1948 Flood; became a residence much later; and was finally transformed into a pub. A recent and ongoing renovation has kept the historic value of the building with vintage light fixtures and photos, fir wainscotting, stained glass and memorabilia respectful of the fishing, logging and farming of the surrounding area. We feature live blues music every second Saturday night from 8:30pm untill 12:30pm and a Blues Jam every Sunday from 3:00pm until 8:00pm (sometimes later if the place is hoppin’). Given the building’s heritage and our music, it has become known as the ‘church of the blues’. Join us for our regular ‘services’.
We have real food, a great choice of refreshments, an ice cold beer/wine and liquor store, a friendly staff and……………….. we are rider friendly.
