Perseverance Fitness offers a variety of small group fitness classes in Mission, BC. We also offer We also offer online fitness classes around the globe!
All fitness levels are welcome to both in studio and online classes.

Hi, I’m Laura, I have a passion for helping woman take charge of their mental and physical Health through movement.
My vision is always to empower women to take control of their health and to create a space for women to feel safe and excited to take time for themselves. Moving my body has supported me through postpartum as a busy mom of 4 boys and has been an important outlet in so many ways both mentally and physically. Creating joy through movement is so powerful and I believe it is such an honour to get to move our bodies!
I feel Fitness is one of the most important ways we can take care of ourselves and show love to our bodies in all shapes and sizes and stages.
