10 traces & Pads repaired Xbox One S

James A.’s Xbox One S came in with, what can only be described as, a blown-out HDMI port, with 10 traces & pads torn away from the mainboard, After 8 separate start & stops (to give eye strain relief) over a total of 9 hours, I was able to with great care, rebuild each trace, replace each missing pad with a more robust coiled wire pad, culminating in re-attaching the original HDMI port (still viable for use) …. Then, rebuild, hoping after each screw install, everything would work out, to my great pleasure,……. SUCCESS!

Gaining legal access to an Apple device can be a HUGE headache, if the proper legal guidelines / steps are not followed, if you or a senior family member own an Apple product, It is so very important in today’s digital world to ensure access to important device data, in the event of a sudden passing. To add a legacy contact on an iPhone, you can do the following:
Go to Settings

Tap your name

Tap Sign-In & Security

Tap Legacy Contact

Tap Add Legacy Contact

Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode

Navigate to the contact you want to designate as your legacy contact

Tap their phone number

Tap Continue

You can send authorization to your legacy contact via text message if they have an iPhone. If they have an Android, you can print out a code and send it to them via email. You can also print out the access key and QR code to share with your legacy contact.

To add a legacy contact, you need to meet the following requirements:

Have an Apple device running iOS 15.2 or later, iPadOS 15.2 or later, or macOS Monterey 12.1 or later
Be signed in to your Apple ID
Have two-factor authentication turned on for your Apple ID & lastly over the age of 13.

Here's a time saving power user tip, ensuring everthing is updated in one go!

- locate on your task bar "search"
- type in Powershell then hit enter
- in the opened window type in the following, be sure to hit enter afterwards:

winget upgrade

- wait for list to populate
- type the followiing hitting enter afterwards:

winget upgrade --All

- wait for everything to complete (best done when pc usage is low)
- Restart computer once completed.
